ROVER is fast, free, mobile, software for state and local governments and private-sector building owners to perform pre- and post-earthquake building safety assessments. ROVER also integrates with USGS's ShakeCast software to perform real-time seismic monitoring, and with Hazus-MH for prospective risk analysis.
